Role and Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for the profitable sale of the products within the Your Workspace portfolio, into all business sectors which will include Furniture Dealers, Specifiers, Architects, Designers to agreed client and target expectations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic results driven individual with a minimum 10 years existing sales experience that can grow both existing and new business within the specified area and expand our customer base.
The person we are looking for will be a self-motivated person, who thrives in working alone, as well as being part of a growing team.
The ideal candidate would be:
1. Sales experience of selling to similar markets or products.
2· Results driven individual
3. Be able to demonstrate previous success
4· Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers.
5· Take precise client briefs for quotation and planning creation.
6· To promote the company’s professional image always in written and verbal communication to both clients and colleagues.
7· To commit to ‘Continual Improvement’.
8· To demonstrate previous experience of using a CRM system.
9· Good communicator
10· Team player
