The client.

Elliot Leigh Residential specialise in selling and letting properties in East London and West Sussex.

Moving into a new, much larger premises, the company was able to bring all company divisions together under one roof with the view of creating a cohesive and collaborative working environment.

The space.

The building in Newbury Park, which was once a gym, was to become the company’s head office premises.

Working alongside SA Design, an award-winning practice that specialise in interior design and architecture, we were tasked with transforming their new space into an innovative and modern working environment.

Every material, colour and finish was meticulously chosen to represent and compliment the Elliot Leigh brand palette.

Storage Wall was designed and installed to accommodate workplace paperwork and gadgets.

Sit Stand Desks were introduced to enhance staff comfort and flexibility, along with boardroom and meeting tables and different styles of chairs. We also provided bespoke veneered executive desks and chairs.

For communal spaces, we provided breakout sofas, chairs and coffee tables.

The result.

Elliot Leigh’s new office space has both enhanced collaboration and enabled flexibility in the way their staff use the workplace.

Their new way of working will not only aid staff retention, but also facilitate future growth.
