TLT is a nationally renowned law firm with offices across the UK, providing legal advice and services across a wide range of industries. With a growing team in Scotland, the firm sought to improve their Glasgow office environment to meet evolving demands.
The project.
Your Workspace collaborated closely with Interaction and TLT Glasgow to design and deliver a comprehensive storage and workflow solution that would fully support the firm’s evolving requirements.
Traditional combination lockers were introduced to provide employees with secure personal storage, helping to maintain tidiness and privacy.
To address shared storage needs and improve daily functionality, we introduced sleek storage cupboards and coat cupboards with integrated shoe cubbies to ensure communal areas remained tidy and aesthetically cohesive.
Recognising the importance of data protection and regulatory compliance, the project also included dedicated confidential waste storage, enabling the secure handling of sensitive materials. Complementary to this, a structured waste management system was deployed to enhance recycling practices and streamline waste disposal processes.
A carefully organised stationery storage system was also incorporated, ensuring supplies remained easily accessible without contributing to clutter.

By integrating personal, team and waste storage solutions, the project delivered a unified approach that combined functionality with a polished appearance – supporting both business efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Additionally, the secure lockers, refined coat and shoe storage, and optimised waste handling has created a workspace that feels modern, professional and welcoming for both employees and clients.
