The newly constructed building’s first floor featured a dynamic open-plan office space seamlessly integrated with side offices and strategically placed breakout areas to encourage collaboration and creativity.
Additionally, private booths offered employees flexibility in their work settings.
On the second floor, a spacious kitchen area served as a completely multifunctional space, transitioning from daily lunch breaks to hosting firm-wide gatherings.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-equipped gym facility with changing rooms and lockers promoted employee well-being and work-life balance.
The top floor was meticulously designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for esteemed clients, featuring elegantly appointed client suites and meeting spaces.

We played a crucial role in realising the vision for the modern workspace by providing innovative storage solutions.
We integrated desk end lockers with planters to infuse biophilia into the workspace, and strategically placed freestanding lockers equipped with PBT combination locks ensured secure and convenient storage options for staff.
Additionally, changing room lockers further supported the gym facility, offering a safe space for employees’ belongings during workouts.
