Managing the influx of daily mail, which includes parcels for both students and residents, posed a significant challenge for the property’s staff. With only three members dedicated to handling this task manually, there was a clear need for an efficient solution to streamline parcel delivery services.
We implemented our Parcel Delivery & Pick-Up Lockers, an innovative technology designed to revolutionise parcel delivery services. The residents, students, and occupants can now enjoy the convenience of having their parcels delivered to a secure and monitored location. The software offers a comprehensive audit trail, providing details such as the item’s description, delivery time, locker location, and access code for retrieval. Furthermore, recipients receive notifications upon parcel collection, or they can opt for reminders to ensure timely retrieval.
The results.
Utilising the latest software, recipients can easily collect their parcels at their convenience. With the implementation of this automated system, the postal service now requires only one staff member, freeing up other team members to concentrate on additional responsibilities.
