Like many of you, we’ve been keeping an eye on the government’s advice surrounding coronavirus and we’ve been working quickly to make the necessary adjustments to our work practices and operations, to ensure we’re still able to provide the high-quality service that you’ve come to expect from us and that we are as prepared as possible for any additional changes that the government request.
We would like to assure you that all our services are operating as close as possible to a “business as usual” situation. Following the latest guidance from the government a good number of our team are already working from home where possible. We have also restricted all travel between our head-office, factory and London showroom to mitigate risk to both our customers and employees. This week also saw our Maldon Head office adopt a two-team working practice to reduce further risk to the health and wellbeing of our staff. The London showroom has moved to a “by appointment only policy” during this period and clients can request an appointment by calling 01621 855053.
Your Workspace currently has no concerns regarding our ability to continue the manufacture, supply and installation of our products and services. We are aware however that the circumstances surrounding this pandemic are developing rapidly and will continue to monitor the situation. As a management team we have already implemented our business continuity plan to ensure, to the best of our ability, that we can continue to provide a good level of customer service should the situation change.
We will continue to follow all government advice to ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff and wish all our customers and employees our safest and best wishes during these uncertain times.
