Last week, Your Workspace attended the inaugural Virtual Interiors Event. Thi is two-day online networking exhibition tailored to professionals in the Interiors, Manufacturing and Design industry.
Virtual Interiors Event
The event, which was free to attend as a delegate, saw market leading companies and established manufacturers come together, showcasing the industry at its best. It gave us all the chance to network and collaborate with like-minded individuals. This is something that has not been possible in the traditional sense due to the on-going pandemic. However, something that many of us have been craving.
There were speaking sessions, webinars, and networking opportunities on both days that delegates and exhibitors where able to take part in. A reoccurring theme seen throughout the event was the focus on how companies are planning and implementing their ‘return to-work’ policies. This is following the government’s recent roadmap announcement, with emphasis on safety and well-being. The integration of smart technologies into the workplace and transforming offices into an agile and flexible environment is also still very much topping trends in the industry.
To finish the virtual exhibition, organisers arranged an online gin tasting and event wrap party with a live DJ to celebrate the success and end of the event, both of which were also well attended.
